Well Planned LLC (“Well Planned”) provides travel-planning and advisory services and facilitates travel reservations through travel-industry partners and independent travel suppliers.

TRAVEL SUPPLIERS

Hotels, resorts, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, excursion operators, destination management companies, and other travel providers are independent third parties (“Suppliers”). Well Planned does not own, operate, manage, or control these Suppliers.

Travel services are subject to each Supplier's own terms, conditions, policies, availability, cancellation requirements, and limitations of liability.

Well Planned makes reasonable efforts to recommend reputable Suppliers and appropriate travel arrangements; however, we cannot guarantee the performance, availability, safety, quality, or actions of an independent Supplier.

TRAVEL DISRUPTIONS

Travelers acknowledge that travel may be affected by circumstances outside the control of Well Planned, including weather, transportation disruptions, strikes, governmental actions, natural disasters, public-health events, supplier operational decisions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Well Planned will make reasonable efforts to assist clients with travel-related issues but cannot guarantee refunds, credits, reimbursements, schedule changes, upgrades, or other remedies controlled by a Supplier.

PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIPS & COMPENSATION

Well Planned may receive compensation or commission in connection with certain travel reservations. In many cases, such compensation is paid by the travel Supplier or through Well Planned's travel-industry affiliation rather than being charged to the traveler as an additional booking fee.

The potential receipt of a commission does not change the price charged by a Supplier unless specifically disclosed.

Well Planned may also charge separate professional planning fees for research, itinerary design, consultation, coordination, or other travel-planning services. Any applicable planning fee will be disclosed to the client before the applicable service begins.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Travelers are ultimately responsible for verifying passport validity, visas, identification requirements, entry and exit rules, health requirements, and other documentation applicable to their trip.

Requirements may change at any time. Travelers should verify current requirements with appropriate governmental authorities before departure.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Travelers who decline available insurance accept responsibility for losses that otherwise may have been covered by an appropriate policy.

LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Well Planned LLC is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, negligence, or failures of independent travel Suppliers.

Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to exclude or limit any responsibility or liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
